• Speakers must provide an accurate description of their presentation, including title, topic, and key points.
• Speakers agree to present in a professional and respectful manner that aligns with the mission and values of the Youth Wellness Expo.
• Speakers must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled presentation to allow time for setup.
• Any handouts, slides, or promotional materials must be submitted to event organizers for approval in advance.
• Presentations should focus on youth wellness, health, fitness, personal growth, or related topics that benefit the event’s audience.
• The presentation must be free of:
• Inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory content.
• Excessive self-promotion or direct product sales pitches.
• Misinformation, unverified health claims, or non-evidence-based practices.
• Any media (videos, slides, images) must be legally owned by the speaker or have appropriate copyright permissions.
The Youth Wellness Expo reserves the right to photograph, record, and share speaker sessionson promotional materials, social media, or future event advertising.
• Speakers grant YWE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images, quotes, or short excerpts from their presentation for promotional purposes.
• If a speaker does not wish to be recorded, they must submit a written request prior to the event for review.
• YWE will provide basic presentation equipment (microphone, projector, screen). Additional requests must be submitted in advance.
• Speakers are responsible for bringing any personal devices, presentation materials, or specialized equipment they may need.
• YWE is not responsible for technical difficulties related to personal equipment.
• If a speaker needs to cancel, they must provide at least [Insert Timeframe] notice to event organizers.
• YWE reserves the right to reschedule or cancel speaker sessions if necessary, with prior notice.
• Speakers participate at their own risk and release the Youth Wellness Expo, Athens Gymnastics Academy, and event organizers from liability related to participation in the event.
• Speakers agree to indemnify and hold harmless YWE from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their presentation, materials, or actions during the event.
