By submitting an application to participate as a vendor at the Youth Wellness Expo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• The Youth Wellness Expo welcomes vendors of all types, including local businesses, artisans, food vendors, and wellness-focused brands.
• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and acceptance is subject to approval by the event organizers.
• Vendors must provide accurate information on their application, including business details, products/services, and contact information.
• The vendor booth fee is $100 per booth and must be paid in full upon approval to secure your space.
• Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
• Payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance of the application.
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup, including tables, chairs, and displays.
• Electricity and Wi-Fi may be available upon request but are not guaranteed.
• Vendors must remain within their assigned booth space and must not obstruct walkways or neighboring vendors.
• Setup must be completed by [Event Start Time], and teardown must not begin before the event concludes.
• Vendors selling food or beverages must comply with local health regulations and obtain any necessary permits.
• The Youth Wellness Expo and its organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damages to vendor property.
• Vendors are responsible for their own insurance and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, and fellow vendors.
• Products and displays must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment.
• The event reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates these terms or engages in disruptive behavior.
• The Youth Wellness Expo reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If the event is canceled by the organizers, vendors will be eligible for a refund or a credit toward a future event.
• No refunds will be given for vendor cancellations.
By submitting your vendor application and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
